Body Weight System: Gain weight from prolonged overeating, or waste away from prolonged starvation. Fully visible, no instant resets.

Cuts & Bruises: Take damage in a fight and it shows. Leave wounds untreated and they can turn into infection, permanent visual consequences if you skip the hospital.
